- c / n of extra virgin olive oil

Wash and drain the kale leaves well and cut the hard stem in the center, chop the leaves with a knife or with your hands. Spread them on a baking sheet covered with a baking cloth or greaseproof paper. Put all the leaves well spread, without crowding them, so that they cook well.
The basic recipe can be seasoned with a little salt and spraying a little extra virgin olive oil, or it can also be seasoned with one or more spices.
Preheat the oven to 180º C with heat up and down, when it is hot, put the tray in the oven and bake for 8-9 minutes. Make sure that the kale chips do not burn, they should not turn brown, only crisp green.
Remove from the oven tray, and let the chips cool on a wire rack, then transfer them to a container with a tight lid to keep them crisp. Or serve them directly!
