How to consume thyme
Dried or fresh thyme (a handful)
Water (one cup)
Pure honey (2 tablespoons)
Take the water and bring it to a boil
Wash the thyme well and when the water is boiling add it to the pot
Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and strain the infusion
Add the honey, if you want to sweeten it
Once the infusion is ready, drink immediately. This should be done on an empty stomach for a few weeks, and so you will notice how your pain and dizziness decrease.
