On the market you can find almond milk enriched with vitamin D (the same amount of vitamin D is found in skimmed cow's milk) and with calcium (50% more calcium than in skimmed cow's milk).

Hemp milk is a good alternative for those suffering from lactose intolerance or soy allergy. A cup of hemp milk has 80 calories, 0.5 fat and is very low in cholesterol. The flavor of hemp milk, as well as its texture, are similar to almond milk. Hemp milk is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, it is a good source of calcium and magnesium, micronutrients essential for heart health.

Coconut milk

The coconut milk it's really good macchiato with coffee (have you ever tried it ?!), plus a cup of coconut milk natural contains only 45 calories, 4 grams of medium-chain saturated fat.
